Deep Thought Sculpture - Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

I made this as a birthday gift for my Mom in June 2019, because she loves Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and needed something to hold items on her desk. Thus, Deep Thought was born, made of clay and left to calculate the answer to life, the universe, and everything!

This piece's width from elbow to elbow is 6.5", its length from elbow to the back of its skull is 5.5", and it's full height is 6". The inside of its head is about 2.5" in depth, 3.5" in length on the inside, and has a wall thickness of about 0.375". It was fired with 2 different coats of high-fire glazes.
