"The Seeds of Flight"

This piece is a strange medium, since all I really used was tree seeds, hot glue, and pens. It is 9" x 12".

There's this certain type of tree that, in the fall, lets it's seeds drop in a way that makes them fly like a helicopter. I used to play with these as a child and perfected throwing them into that helicopter flight. So, one day, I picked some up and realized how they were kind of like feathers. One thing led to another and this piece was made.
